If you are thinking about chartering a yacht then get the knowledge and confidence you need to get you and your crew safely to your destinations.
Sailing in the Mediterranean is now closer than you think. Thanks to NauticEd International Sailing Education, the European governments have accepted the SLC as a valid Sailing License for bareboat chartering in European waters.
Some countries mandate an SLC license, some highly recommend it and others prefer it. No matter where in the world you charter, your SLC license will serve you well…
Note that this is simply a free self examination. Completing the self examination will not qualify you for a SLC ticket…
There are other components to getting your SLC license.
- a valid government boating endorsed license such as a WA Recreational Skipper’s Ticket (RST)
- sufficient documented on-the-water sailing experience on an appropriately sized vessel (get your free online logbook)
- recent documented on-the-water sailing experience assessed to the ICC standard for on-the-water sailing competence based on the relevant rubrics (Contact us today)
